This 3.5-hour course embraces a combination of presentations, demonstrations & actual practice during a 3-course meal in a luxury restaurant setting. The course will introduce participants to relevant restaurant terms and essentials of western (Continental European and American) dining etiquette skills to project a confident and professional image for various dining settings.
