Tough problems solving requires the ability to define the true problem, analyse the possible causes, create options, select the most feasible option and then implement it. A systematic approach will give you the techniques to approach the problem creatively.

This two-day problem-solving workshop should help participants to enhance their skills in finding sustainable solutions and learn new approaches in problem-solving and decision making.
