Welcome to the "Stakeholder Engagement and Empowerment" workshop! Effective stakeholder engagement is a critical skill for success. Trainer Profile

A dedicated professional in Learning and Development, Ivan Phua has been involved with the design, development and implementation of Leadership and People Management and Service Excellence training programmes in various industries.
