Ever came across someone who irritates you so much that you start feeling the ‘Monday blues’ and dread coming to work every day? You are not alone!

In every workplace, there are bound to have difficult colleagues, clients, and bosses. Difficult colleagues could be the ones that procrastinate, the bullies, the aggressive ones or even the negative ones. These people may hinder you from finishing your job and could be the source of conflict, stress and an energy drain.

Ever thought of changing jobs because of them? Don’t! This option might not solve the problem as such difficult people can be found anywhere else, in any other workplace!
